Robert & Albertha LeBlanc, Plymouth, 1890-1905

An unknown proffessional photographer took this picture of Robert and "Bertie" LeBlanc and one of thier children. They were married in 1888. Robert later purchased an old tannery and converted it into a mill making doors, windows sashes, etc. He and his family lived on the corner of the Main Road and Backlands Road in Plymouth, in Four Square House. In 1908 Robert died of typhoid fever, leaving a pregnant wife 10 other childern. Three of those children also died of typhoid fever.
